1. Warm milk and unsalted butter in microwave. Wait for it to cool and go to next step. You want this to be lukewarm.2. In a separe bowl, add 1 packet of yeast, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumkin spice a3. Add milk mixture and the flour. Mix with a wooden spoon or by hand if you don't have a mixer. 4. After it is well kneaded, coat a bowl with olive oil and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours for it to rise.
Filling
1. Melt butter and add in brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and vanilla.2. Roll the dough into a large square and paint this mixture across the entire surface.3. Roll the dough tightly and into a long cylindrical roll.4. Make 12 equal cuts. I used an piece of unscented floss to cut into each piece.5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
Frosting
1. Use a handheld mixer and gently mix all the frosting ingredients together.2. Drizzle over roles and enjoy.
